Final stage of attactive residential area development and sale finalised and handed over
HaugaardBraad assisted Danish companies Vagus C ApS and Fjordbak Byg A/S by providing legal advice in connection with the development and sale of Ejnarparken, 46 modern one-storey terraced houses in the Bagterp district of the town of Hjørring. The housing development is of vital importance to Hjørring's urban development plans and meets the huge demand for housing in the area.

The project is a result of the dedicated collaboration between the building contractor, Fjordbak Byg A/S, who delivered sound craftsmanship, and our own Anders Ulrik Sørensen who managed the project with a high degree of professionalism.
The deal was conducted as a corporate transaction in two stages. The properties handed over in the first stage earlier in 2025 were all let out, as were the properties in the second stage of the handover, which was finalised on 15 October 2025.
HaugaardBraad’s real estate team provided the complete range of legal advisory services in connection with the transaction.
The deal concludes a long-term collaboration with the client in which HaugaardBraad provided legal advice from the acquisition of the land for development to construction and the final successful transaction.
Their legal advice included due diligence reports, negotiations, conclusion of an SPA agreement and the closing.
