Niels Søe Christiansen is an attorney at HaugaardBraad and is part of the firm’s Public Law and Environmental Law practice.

Throughout his career, Niels has developed extensive experience in environmental law, advising on matters relating to environmental protection, contaminated land, expropriation, municipal law, and the regulation of utility and energy companies.

In addition, Niels is a member of the editorial team behind the Environmental Law Research Portal at the University of Copenhagen. The portal maintains a database of selected decisions from the Danish courts, the Danish Environmental and Food Appeals Board, the Danish Planning Appeals Board, and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
