With her more than 40 years of experience as a legal caseworker, including 35 years working with commercial properties, Anni is highly qualified in conveyancing and the completion of property transactions. She delivers competent, dynamic and effective legal advice in connection with commercial and residential rental property transactions.

Anni is an active participant in the Land Registration Network and has solid expertise in cases involving land development, declarations and co-ownership agreements, as well as registration of statutes of commonhold and home-owner associations.
