As a legal caseworker at HaugaardBraad, Laura has been working closely with attorney Karen‑Marie Hovmøller since 1997. She has broad-ranging experience in housing and commercial lease law, especially with regard to rent collection, and she often acts as enforcement officer calling at the address of debtors to evict them.
In addition, Laura is engaged in procedural law and litigation as well as compliance, also in cases involving the GDPR and the whistle-blower schemes. Since 2023, she has been a member of the North Jutland GDPR network under the Department of Law of Aalborg University, and in 2025, she completed the data protection officer programme at Aalborg University.
