Christian has extensive experience in real estate law and has advised both buyers and sellers on a wide range of real estate transactions. He also advises on property development projects and commercial lease law.

In addition to his real estate practice, Christian provides broad commercial legal advice to businesses. He has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, representing both buyers and sellers, and has assisted entrepreneurs with capital raising. His experience also includes company formations, corporate restructurings, business succession planning, and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.

A particular area of expertise is advising medical professionals – including doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists – on the acquisition of professional practices.
