Rasmus specialises in real estate and public law. During his more than 20 years of experience working as an attorney, he has acted as a legal adviser to Danish and international clients in complex cases involving business transfers, property development and regulatory matters.
Rasmus has an in-depth understanding of property projects and collaboration with public authorities and assists clients in development and transaction processes ranging from structuring to negotiation and execution.
He is also the author of a number of legal publications, and he was granted the Danish Research Policy Award by the Danish Ministry of Justice in 2001. He was appointed consul for the Federal Republic of Germany in 2025.
