Søren specialises in insolvency law, estate administration, real estate and agricultural law and is in charge of our agricultural department, within which he himself is responsible for a large number of contracts and transactions. His purview includes estate planning, conversion of farms into corporate structures, raising of capital, green energy and contractual matters relating to the agricultural industry.

With more than 30 years of experience, Søren brings solid legal expertise and commercial insight to the table, which ensures his clients advice that is based on extensive knowledge as well as pragmatic and proactive. He is also a certified insolvency practitioner with extensive experience in estate administration.

Søren’s career is wide-ranging: an assistant judge at the Danish Ministry of Justice, an appointment as administrator at the Danish bankruptcy courts, and an executive position as head of section at Spar Nord Bank. He has also worked for several law firms in northern Jutland, gaining broad-ranging experience and building up a strong network.
