Dan Nielsen

A member of the HaugaardBraad property management team since 2021, Dan manages a broad client portfolio consisting of commonhold associations, home-owner' associations and investment properties. He is responsible for day-to-day contact with and advice for owners and executive committees, and he provides assistance with financial statements, general meetings and other business administration matters.

In addition to administration for associations, Dan handles a number of tasks related to rental properties, including contact with landlords and tenants, drafting of tenancy agreements and coordination with builders, suppliers and other business partners. In addition, he handles the bookkeeping and ongoing follow-up on financial matters.
