Emma Kirstine Gadensgaard

Profile

Emma is a trainee property manager and has been part of the HaugaardBraad property management team since 2023: initially as an unpaid trainee, then as a student assistant and currently as a trainee property manager. Her day-to-day function is property management for a number of private investors. Her tasks include managing tenancies, contact with tenants and landlords, drafting and handling of tenancy agreements, coordination with builders, suppliers and business partners as well as preparation of utility accounts, bookkeeping and accounting.

Emma is currently studying to become a qualified property manager through the programme offered by the Danish Property Federation, expecting to graduate in early 2028.
