Lotte has been part of the HaugaardBraad property management team since 2018, and during that time she has built up extensive experience in the administration of investment properties and companies. Her tasks include quality assurance of tenancy agreements, ongoing bookkeeping and financial follow-up, coordinating maintenance tasks and inspecting premises in connection with tenants moving in or out.

In addition to her day-to-day administrative duties, Lotte contributes actively by providing feedback and advice related to running the properties, including optimising income and costs, creating value and supporting long-term development and sustainable growth. She is known for her professional and cooperative approach, ensuring that everyone involved experiences clear and effective communication.

Lotte has a keen eye for optimisation potential and contributes actively to setting up internal work routines, processes and administrative routines. Among other things, this includes helping with the commissioning of new systems, drafting internal guidelines and improving work-flows that support the team’s overall efficiency. In addition, Lotte is the obvious contact person for colleagues working across the organisation, using her ability to maintain an overview, her professional insight and her commitment to her work to create a stable and well-functioning administration for the benefit of owners, tenants, builders and business partners.

A property manager who obtained her qualifications through the Danish Property Federation, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the real estate business and the strategic, legal and operational matters that form the basis for effective and long-term property management.
