Nikolaj Stoffersen

Nikolaj is a Student Assistant at HaugaardBraad and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management at UCN.

As part of the Property Management team, Nikolaj supports the day-to-day administration of the firm’s property portfolio through a combination of administrative and practical tasks. His role provides broad insight into the many aspects of professional property management.

Nikolaj’s responsibilities include preparing and managing tenancy agreements and other documentation, liaising with tenants and business partners, as well as assisting with rent collection, bookkeeping and financial reconciliations.
