Simon Kallestrup

Profile

Simon has been a member of the HaugaardBraad property management team since 2023, and today he works as a property manager in charge of a portfolio of investment properties for private investors. His day-to-day tasks include managing tenancies; contact with tenants and landlords; drafting and handling tenancy agreements; coordinating with builders, suppliers and business partners; preparing utility accounts; bookkeeping and handling inspections in connection with tenants move in or out.

Simon is currently completing the property management training course offered by the Danish Property Federation, a specialist training course in property management which he is scheduled to complete in 2027.
