As a member of HaugaardBraad’s property management team, Søren works with the management of associations – in particular cooperative housing associations.

He plays a key role in the day-to-day contact with residents and boards and acts as a regular adviser to the associations, also providing them with feedback. Søren’s duties include preparing annual financial statements, planning and conducting general meetings and handling administrative tasks over the course of the year.

In addition, he drafts transfer agreements in connection with the purchase and sale of cooperative dwellings and ensures that the documents are in order from start to finish.
