Tabita is a partner and chief operating officer of HaugaardBraad’s property management team and has been a valued member of the firm since 2017. She plays a key role in the day-to-day management and operations of the property management team and is responsible for employee training, development and quality assurance of internal processes, and contact with new clients.

Tabita has the overall responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of investment properties and acts as a close contact person and sounding board for the property investors. In addition to her day-to-day administrative duties, her work includes providing advice on running properties, optimising income and costs, creating value and supporting long-term development and growth.

She also handles the ongoing contact with tenants and landlords, coordinates collaborations with builders and suppliers, and is responsible for finances, bookkeeping and accounting, as well as inspections in connection with tenants moving in or out.

In addition, she has extensive experience with rent-controlled residential properties and provides advice on the correct handling of rent-controlled tenancies, including budgeting, accounts, notices and optimisation within the framework of applicable legislation.

Having worked exclusively with property management since 2008, Tabita has built up extensive and solid expertise within residential rental properties, commercial properties, rent-controlled residential properties, and cooperative housing and home-owner associations.

A property manager who obtained her qualifications through the Danish Property Federation, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the real estate business and the strategic, legal and operational matters that form the basis for well-functioning and profitable properties.
