A property manager at HaugaardBraad, Vibeke handles a portfolio of investment properties and is responsible for contact with tenants and landlords, tenancy agreements, coordination with builders and business partners, bookkeeping, inspections in connection with tenants moving in or out, payroll processing and rent collection.
In addition, Vibeke contributes to our internal business development by improving work processes and optimising IT systems (she is a super user of Unik Bolig 4).
Vibeke has been a member of the HaugaardBraad property management team since 2015 and has made a journey from unpaid trainee, student assistant and trainee property manager to her current role. A qualified property manager, she obtained her qualification through the Danish Property Federation. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial Management) from Aalborg University and is currently taking the management of real estate programme offered by the Danish Property Federation.
