Liselund Gods has been sold to Kaplevgaard Dairy A/S, owned by local milk producer Anders Kappel. The purchase included the elegant manor house, three residential tenancies, seven farm buildings and 228 hectares of land. The property was offered for sale for 73 million Danish kroner and sold for 68 million Danish kroner, with 1 May 2025 as the date of transfer.
Historical manor and modern facility united on Falster
Liselund Gods has roots in history: the Højgaard family and other prominent Danish families were among its previous owners. Today, the property is known as one of the most prominent farms on Falster, with its combination of classical architecture and modern production facilities, making it a strong foundation for future development.
HaugaardBraad provided legal assistance throughout the entire transaction, from the contract drafting and due diligence to the land registration and conveyancing.
The project was managed by attorney Søren Bjerre Bach, assisted by property consultant Bettina Sæderup and legal caseworker Anne Mette Elbo Jespersen.
“It was a pleasure to work with HaugaardBraad in connection with the purchase of Liselund Gods. It was a thorough and professional process during which we felt like we were in good hands all the way from the corporate restructuring to the conveyance.”
Anders Kappel, Kaplevgaard Dairy A/S
